Danny was prompt, informative and let us know all that he was doing. We have used DRS since 2004 when we moved here. Danny is a super guy, very friendly, knowledgable, prompt, and respects our property. Several times he has worked us in for emergencies . Would not even consider using anyone else.

Came out quickly, replaced the contactor, checked the rest of the system, and informed us that we need to keep the ants out of external unit if we want the contactor to last.

Mr. Danny listened to my description of the problem. Then he inspected the entire AC system. He even put on shoe covers before coming in the house. He told me it appeared a part of the system had already been replaced, and gave his estimation of the "life" left in the system before replacement might be needed. He gave an accurate cost estimate before beginning any work, then promptly finished the work.

Danny has kept our HVAC system in excellent working order. He is courteous, knowledgeable and clean. He is the kind of service professional that you are pleased to see when he arrives, even just for a routine visit. I have recommended him to others since we first moved to this house in 2006

We were having issues with our upstairs not being cooled sufficiently by our system, and Danny came out and did some thorough investigation to figure out what the problem was. Basically we didn't have sufficient airflow, and zoning was going to be difficult in our house. Danny proposed and then implemented for us a very practical solution that saved us major money, and did a great job of it.

Danny Sears was on time, honest, clean and neat. He did everything that needed to be done. There was a very reasonable fee.

I felt very comfortable with the crew from DRS. They were very efficient and worked well together. They were able to get the new unit in place and working within a day and did an excellent job of cleaning up.
