Excellent work prior to install - they came to the house and with their suggestions we made our final decision on what was needed.  Their work was excellent and we highly recommend them to others.

We called several tile firms that were recommended by the store where we selected our tile -- CTS came right out and gave a free estimate, and followed up promptly by email.  They provided a number of references, all of whom gave them glowing recommendations.

Once we selected them to do our job, they ordered and picked up the tile (we paid them up front for the tile).  They were able to schedule our job quickly, they appeared exactly when promised, and they completed the job in the allotted time (four days).  They were friendly, respectful of our home and property while working, always willing to explain what they were doing, and worked diligently and unobtrusively.

One of the reasons we're delighted with their work is that we had selected a fairly plain tile.  While looking at it with them pre-installation, we wondered aloud whether it would be too plain.  Scott spoke up and offered the perfect solution -- a little accent tile that he happened to have a few pieces of.  When he brought them the next day, they were perfect  -- added just a little accent without overpowering the otherwise clean lines.  Scott and his assistant worked their magic so the accent pieces lined up perfectly in the space!  They are very talented at tile work.

We now have to let the grout cure before using our lovely new shower, but we couldn't be more pleased with Creative Tile Solutions.  Our recent experience with the contractor who'd mangled the shower left us disillusioned with builders, but CTS has restored our faith that there are quality craftsmen available!
