Thomas and Angela run a very smart and efficient business. She does all of the bookings and seems to keep the whole system flowing smoothly (pardon the pun! :-). Thomas is prompt for appointment time set, but stays as long as needed to get all work properly done. While I had bought new kitchen faucet set, the whole inner workings for the toilet (not knowing what all he might need), and the hand held shower, I did not buy a new disposal because I did not know if the old one could be fixed or not. It turned out not to be salvageable, but he had brought a new one with him, which he installed. Because he could see the water slowly going out of the toilet bowl, he suggested that I may have a leak in the bowl. He said he would talk to the American Standard people and see if they would replace the bowl, and they did. he returned another time to install the new half of the toilet!
I would absolutely call Thomas again for any plumbing problems! And I would highly recommend Contract Plumbing of NC to anyone!

My experience went very well. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. He was very responsive and efficient workers. The completed the job within a half hour. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to others.

I had arranged for Thomas to install a new 40 pressure tank under the house, as well as installing a new garbage disposal. Although I had arranged for a 40 gallon tank, Thomas arrived with a 50 gallon tank, advising he had found the larger tank at no additional cost. His work was performed on time and to our total satisfaction. He was extremely friendly and very professional. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The man from this company almost caught my house on fire. He did not know what he was doing. Also, they are not a licensed company. It had been revoked for 2 years before I used them. Obviously, I did not know this at the time. He could not fix the problem and stole my parts. I hired another company to do the work.

Return my call quickly and came around the next day to give an estimate. Came the next day to replace my water heater. In a few days the city inspector came by to see if the water heater was installed correctly. No it wasn't, it needed tempering valve on hot water pipe going into the house. So I called the plumber to tell him what the city inspector said. The plumber said he will come by, never showed up, called again, same reply will came by, never did. Called the city inspector to see if he could help. Couldn't do anything about the plumber not coming.

THEIR WORK WAS JUST FANTASTIC. THEY WERE A LITTLE SLOW TO START WORKING, BUT I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT AS THEIR COMPANY IS VERY BUSY. I THINK THEY ARE A VERY POPULAR COMPANY.
