Description of Work: I had an amazon local deal, $175 for a premium cleaning of 3 rooms and a hallway. I ended up having my living room, 2 bedrooms done,the hallway in between the two bedrooms, and stairs done. It looked great until it dried, then all the spots seem to reappear. I had Kurt coming back the following weekend to do some area rugs, and I had to have him redo the stairs, and hit a spot in the living room again. The one room that I was most concerned with still needs another cleaning, as there are still spots everywhere that seem to have reappeared. Over all Kurt was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Probably the best experience I've had with a carpet cleaning company thus far.

+ -1 moreCurt did an outstanding job. His prices were much better than everyone else and he has outstanding customer service. He arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He cleaned carpet that I was sure I was going to have to rip out. I would highly recommend him for any of your cleaning needs. Next time I need service, Contour will be the one that I call.

+ -1 moreKurt did an excellent job! You would never know there had been pet stains there. He will be coming back to do a deep enzyme treatment to ensure all the smells are eliminated.

+ -1 moreCurt was right on time. He looked at all of the carpets, explained how he would proceed, and went to work. He recognized the type of material. The process took less than two hours, and the results are great! We are very pleased and will call Contour the next time we want carpets or upholstery cleaned. We used a Groupon for this work.
