these guys were fantastic. they're the kind of folks who you feel treat your house like they would want their's treated. High quality and careful. Went the extra mile. They were very patient as we picked out the stain we wanted (which is harder than you think!). We had a few minor issues, which were all addressed promptly and without any pushback or complaints. In fact, they replaced a couple of metal vents with wood at no extra charge to make up for any inconvenience. Floors look stellar, deep barnyard brown, and we get lots of compliments. Excellent process from sales, deliver and support. Prompt and courteous.

They did a great job. They are fast and pay attention to detail. They are on time and professional. They were very easy to work with. Their price was very good.

Excellent experience. Jesus Barrera was quick about the estimating, very accommodating during the scheduling process (we had to reschedule and they found us a slot in the next week). The workers were prompt and courteous and the quality of the work they did was very impressive. I've recommended them to several other very picky people, and everyone I know who has hired this company has been happy. Also, they are very affordable. The estimates they gave us for doing the refinishing work and for laying new hardwoods (a project we delayed until later) were much lower than other estimates. We have hired them again for our new house.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANYTHING THAT WAS POINTED OUT. THE CONTRACT WAS VERY CLEAR AS TO WHAT THEY WOULD DO AND WOULDN'T DO. THEY ARE ACTUALLY COMING BACK TO DO MY STAIRS.
