"Do you know a good Plumber, HVAC, etc company?" Being in the construction service industry for years, this questions came up with almost everyone we met. It seemed no one was ever happy with the last company they used and were usually charged an exorbitant amount of money. Well, we decided there was a better way to do service work. 2 local families got together and opened Arc Electric Inc. with the idea that clean, courteous, and qualified customer service could be delivered at a fair price. Arc Electric strives to not only hire licensed, qualified technicians but also personable and friendly technicians that anyone would be comfortable letting into their home or business. Our techs are a wealth of knowledge that can share with you energy tips that can help you be "green" and save money, and also tips and tricks to make your home more attuned to your lifestyle. Our technicians can offer lighting design as well as home maintenance techniques designed to help you save money and keep your family safe.

David and Carlos arrived promptly, worked efficiently, explained everything they were doing, and smoothly finished all of our requested projects in a timely way. They worked quietly and cleanly. David is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the spirit of teamwork between him and Carlos is strong. They were very prompt and professional guys. New outlets are great. The drywall damage to reach the outlets was not unreasonable to fix. They looked at estimates for some possible projects as well, and recommended I wait until I was sure on the details. I'd have them back to do those jobs when/if I get there.

We live in a very old house with only one grounded outlet and needed to have a new one installed prior to delivery of a new refrigerator. Arc was able to fit us into their schedule on short notice for an inspection of the work to be done. David Russell was our electrician today and he was AWESOME. We originally wanted to have an outlet switched to a grounded outlet, but he pointed out that he could just as easily run a completely new line on a dedicated breaker. He was even able to perform the install the same day. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to complete everything especially since - our breaker panel and the new outlet are on opposite sides of the house. He was very courteous and followed up with me during the service to let me know what was left in the install process. Arc Electric is an amazing company and we will definitely be using them again. David was very professional, prompt and courteous. We also asked him while he was at our house to look at a broken light switch and another loose outlet. He fixed these for additional cost and didn't seem to mind doing the extra work. We will use Arc Electrical again and recommend the company to our neighbors.

Had a great experience with Arc Electric. Pretty straightforward job, needed a new garage outlet for garage refrigerator. Dave was the assigned electrician; he was very quick, personable, and professional. Wife is now happy!

Process was very easy. David came out first and did a free estimate and explained in detail what the work would entail. After deciding on Arc to do the job (based on a very competitive estimate and David's professionalism) the job was scheduled. David arrived when expected and he and Brantley went right to work and did an excellent job in a timely fashion. After leaving, my wife was looking at the work and noticed one thing she wanted changed. She called David on his cell and he promptly turned around and came back to address it. We enjoyed getting in our new hot tub later that day. Our experience with Arc and their staff was excellent.

Great! Easy to work with and schedule. Got Angie's List discount! Very reasonable price. I was not home when the electrician came, but there were no issues and the job was done on time and for the price quoted. Can't beat that!

I contacted Arc Electric about some outlets that weren't working on two separate lines in the house and to get a quote to install an outside post light. Sam came and went above and beyond to make sure every outlet was working perfectly and even explained to me the cause of both problems. The cost was very reasonable. I tend to have bad luck with contractors so I'm thrilled to find such an outstanding electrician. I'm already making a mental list of additional projects that I'd like done!

I would absolutely recommend Arc Electric. For some reason we have found electricians (along with handymen) to be about the most difficult building trade to nail down, but after several misfires I think we've found a winner in this company. They showed up exactly when they said they would (both for the estimate and the final work), did exactly what they said they would, and charged exactly what they said they would. And, most importantly, the work was done well.

They came and checked the hot tub breaker which was tripping. They took the time to remove the panel, and talk with me about what the problem might be. When it ended up being a hot tub issue and not an electrical issue, they didn't charge me for the tests. They also found a simple fix to why the electricity in my bathroom wasn't working, and didn't charge me for "pressing a button" which was nice. They were very nice and professional, and I will definitely use them again for any electrical needs I have. I have had other electricians come out who were rude and wanted to charge me for every little button they pressed, but this company was great. It's good to see a good small business with good ethics that genuinely cares about people.

I called ARC because of the upstairs bathroom outlets. Corey was the technician and he called me this morning 20 minutes prior to arrival. He was on time, polite, and professional. He not only fixed the problem I was having in the upstairs bathroom, but also found the downstairs plug and the outdoor outlets were not working. He fixed both of those and service the electric panel.
Everything was included in the price quoted. I will use ARC for the rest of the projects I have planned this year!

Setting up the appointment was easy. They day of the appointment the technicians called and were able to come to my house earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I showed them what needed to be done and they gave me a price cost. When I okayed the cost, they went straight to work. They completed both jobs quickly and cleaned up behind themselves when finished. Both technicians were very nice and professional. I would certainly use them again.
