Wonderful service from Aqua plumbing. On time, efficient, and very careful. This is our go-to plumber, highly recommend internally among the employees at my company, and the plumber I would recommend to friends.

Awesome emergency service! Called Miss Debbie and she had RICK rolling my way a few hours later. Not only did he replace the broken one, he replaced the other water heater lines that where aging. Which saved me a lot of time and money. We had another one bust 6 months prior. Called ARS by mistake. "They had to call another company ARS owned to come out and check" the crawl space for moisture. They where trying get more $$$$ out of me. Not RICK!

We had 2 water heaters replaced, alarms, PRV and a sediment filter installed. He did very good work, the price was good and we were in constant email contact with Debbi who addressed all our concerns.

I can't say enough positive things about Aqua Plumbing. I was a bit nervous contacting a plumber that I had never dealt with before but based on the positive reviews, I selected this company. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer support provided by Debbi when I called to schedule an appointment. She asked all the right questions to ensure that Rick came prepared to address my problems. Rick arrived right on time, did a quick assessment, and quickly made the necessary repairs. When I say quickly, I really mean it - he is the most efficient service provider I've ever had at my home! I knew immediately that he had the knowledge and expertise to fix my problems - and in a cost effective way. He cleans up so that you'd never know he's been in your house. Rick made sure to explain to me how to use my new fixtures as well. I know I complain on occasion that "they don't do things like they used to." Well Aqua Plumbing does! They have old school values and I love it. Will be my go-to plumber from now on.

We had a leak underneath the kitchen sink around the garbage disposal.  Called Aqua Plumbing and they came out the day after we called.  Rick quickly assessed the issue, recommended a new garbage disposal and installed the garbage disposal.  He also checked the entire area under the kitchen sink to be sure all the connections were tight and sealed.  He explained what he did and how to use & reset the garbage disposal (if needed).  After that I had him check the toilets as I could hear water dripping after the tank was filled.  He fixed that and checked the other toilets in the house.
Rick did a great job, was very professional and was very careful about cleaning the area where he worked.  The price he charged was reasonable (installed a premium garbage disposal that had an 8 year warranty) and I would definitely use him again.

Rick is awesome and very no nonsense. After checking every minor detail to make sure our pipes were in working order, he took me to the meter to teach me how to spot a leak. Seeing that the meter wasn't budging with the water shut off, was an indication there wasn't a broken pipe, and wasn't budging when the water was turned back on. He spent 10 minutes explaining everything I needed to know so I could have the water company come back out. He is very thoughtful and honest. His wife is extremely helpful any time I have ever needed to call them and is very personable. We will never use another plumbing service!

Excellent response and quality of work.  Debbi was on top of things, constantly updating us in regard to schedules.  I will be using Rick again shortly.
