Airtight Heating & Air Conditioning provided an estimate for the hail storm damage HVAC repairs. The estimate was highly detailed and included shipping costs for the damaged covers. I submitted the estimate to my insurance company who promptly approved it. Brian Klein (owner) and his wife Pat worked closely with me keeping me informed as to progress. His team performed the job as scheduled and within budget. They were friendly and professional. The workers fully cleaned the area when done. I felt like I was part of their family. These days the 'personal touch' often isn't part of the interaction with contractors. Airtight is the exception! I highly recommend them and will return if the need should arise.

Thank you to this great local company ! Heat was off. As new customer, called them yesterday morning at 10:30 am and left message. Received immediate call back from owner. They had parts for my ancient furnace on the truck and the heat was back on by 3 pm. Very reasonable pricing. I signed up for a maintenance contract because they are top notch!

I was late for scheduled appointment, however tech waited for me and then went above and beyond to clean HVAC system and getting it ready for hot weather.  Second time I have used this company, great service each time, and I will continue to use them.

My realtor recommended them and I’ve been using them for 6 years. I have the original HVAC equipment and they’re the reason that it’s lasted so long.  They let you know if you’re eligible for a rebate for anything that they do.  They bring you the information for the rebate as well.

It went pretty well. He looked at it and made sure that the heat pump was doing well. They replaced my heat pump for me last year.

Jayme showed up right on time, was very professional and thoroughly checked out equipment. Changed out the thermostat and opened a damper that was stuck closed and now everything works fine. Would use these guys again.

Brian gave us great information on our choices and prices. My wife being 8 months pregnant was very happy that they were able to accommodate us by installing the unit within a week. We have had airtight do work on our old unit in the past and were always very pleased with their professionalism and honestly.

We have dealt with Brian and his crew in the past and even know him from church. I know many people may feel reluctant using someone from church just in case something doesn't go as planned or there is an unresolvable problem. However, I grew to trust Brian in church and after dealing with him with two separate issues on our a/c heat pump, he dealt with each item honestly and thoroughly and at reasonable costs, without the quick move to and quot;you need an entire new unitand quot;. Smelled something pungent 2 days in a row when I came downstairs in the morning. It smelled like gas. Husband and son didn't smell it and discounted it. I called gas company the second morning I smelled it. Gas company sent a serviceman out who checked out our HVAC gas pack outside. It was not only leaking gas outside, but low levels of carbon monoxide were detected in our house with his CO device. The Carbon Monoxide was blowing through the heat vents ! So first, kuddos go out to the gas company for speedy service on a Sunday morning, and for having an experienced service man ! Ladies, trust your noses ! It is a proven scientific fact that women have a better sense of smell than men ! My husband has always said I have the scent of a bloodhound, I don't know why he didn't trust it this time. Needless to say, it's a good thing I called ! The gas serviceman turned off the gas line to our furnace/AC unit and told us we needed to call an HVAC repair company. Thank goodness, no more carbon monoxide blowing into our house ! We checked out Angie's list. Airtight had good reviews and they were close by. Brian returned my call that day. Long story short, they were great to work with, great customer service, Brian came out the very next day, opened up the unit and showed me where the unit was cracked and the gas was leaking. The unit was 17 years old, so he said we got great longevity out of it. He was straight forward saying they could fix it, but when he heard that we would only be here for another 5 years and planned to sell, he suggested putting in a new unit since it was highly likely the old one would continue to give us problems. Also, the new unit would be a selling point for the house. We appreciated his knowledge and advice and decided to have them put in a new unit. Brian scheduled us asap for the install. The furnace was down from Sun-Wed., Airtight got to us for the install on Thursday which was fine. They told us what to expect, they would be here all day etc...would need access to the thermostat in the house for only the second part of the day (which meant I didn't have to take the whole day off of work). Also, Brian asked that before we turn on the AC in the spring to please call them, so they can come out and be sure it's working properly. I thought that was great customer service ! I feel we got excellent service and more importantly peace of mind. I highly recommend Airtight HVAC.

I can't say enough positive about Brian and his crew. We got several quotes and Brian was the only one who impressed me with his deep understanding of my system. He takes the time to do things right we couldn't be happier with our new system. He also was the only one who gave us options for different levels of systems and had a good understanding of the current tax rebate options. The town inspector also commented on the quality installation.

What a wonderful experience. Professional all the way around, knowledge, uniform, and very nice on top of that. I called my usual repair company the night before and left a message. They never even called me back so I looked on Angie's list and found Airtight. Called them in the morning (the lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful) and they were there at 2pm right when they said they would be. Found the problem within a few minutes and had the parts on the truck to fix it. The cost was actually less than I had anticipated.I actually went into my cell phone contacts and deleted the the old company and added Airtight in their place. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

My experience was positive. Airtight did the project on time, their price was competitive, and their workmanship is ok. I had no problem scheduling an appointment.

It was part of our closing deal so the sellers paid for it. Brian Cline is the owner and he was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and took the time with us to explain what we needed and what would fit for the house. We were looking to get some of the tax credits because we were able to pick the contractor and the system. We paid for it and were reimbursed by the seller so we could take the tax credits. He was great and knew exactly what we needed to do and what would work for the size of the house. He walked us through it and it was a very good experience overall.

Brian and his assistant Scott both went out of their way to do the job right. Kept everything clean, made sure I understood what they were doing, and showed up for work exactly as expected. Even the county inspector said their work was outstanding and that he was very impressed.
