 + 0 moreThe start was great, but when a problem occurred with their job, NO RESPONSE!
Description of Work: Theydid a good job on construction; however, the roof over the porch began leaking and they will not even return a call. I have left messages to no avail. They will definitely not do any more work for me!

 + -1 moreEmailed from Angie's List. Within an hour I got an email. I set up an appointment for the following Monday. Discussed the project and based on work type agreed to an hourly wage plus the material costs for the estimate. One week later I got an email explaining the the work would begin the next day. I noticed the quality of the decking materials on the deck. Turnkey came out and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Inspected, removed and replaced low quality decking boards.

 + 0 moreThey did a very professorial job and were extremely polite. Once they started, they worked five days a week with some long hours. It is truly wonderful to find a contractor that you can depend on and you do not have to worry about. I wish to thank Angie's List for helping me find this particular contractor. I will be using them again. They did so well, we cooked a BBQ for them on their last day.
Description of Work: Replaced a 15 ft. X 25 ft. wood deck and added a screened porch to a 15 ft. X 12 ft. area. They also found a portion of my roof damaged from a recent storm and made the repairs to approximately half of the roof.
