We had our fireplace back up and had smoke damage thru out our home which required top to bottom cleaning and painting. This company was absolutely AWESOME from start to finish. This was my first experience with dealing with water damage and everyone from the company was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional!!! My wife and I are amazed at the end result and we are 1000% SATISFIED! In essence, this company walked us through the entire restoration process as if we were their FIRST and ONLY priority...I can't say enough great things about their commitment to customer satisfaction!!!!

They were on time and did the job. The only thing was they didn’t label the electric panel.  I bought the coupon from Angie’s List for this service.  I’m not sure if I would use them again or not.

I got a total of 4 estimates from a 4 providers, I met with each one and discussed my needs and goals of the project. I also, said my funds were limited and could not afford overruns, so cost control was very important. I checked references, review returned bids and asked questions as necessary. I selected Woodwright builders, they were the lowest bidders and it appeared to be the most responsive to the bid process. Patrick Williams the contractor drew up a contract and pay schedule based on stages completed, estatlished and start and proposed end or completion dates. Patrick's work (him directly and his sub contractors) was excellent, if there were adjustment to the work needed it was handleded quickly and done very well. Work outside the scope of the contract was handled using "change orders" which include work description and price or cost which I would approve or decline. I did not go over my budget, The contract price was the price and additional cost was what the "change orders" stated. Patrick did not nit pick with his work, quality or price. He found plenty of weather damage (for example around the entry doors) he repaired them "better than new" with little additional cost.The overall project result has been......., the Overall Project truned out as I hoped, and really better than I expected. I will gladly have Patrick do additional work for me. I have had many neighbors stop by with great comments relative to "how well it all looks" and I'm sure Patrick will get work from my neighbors

They have just done a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier. They were prompt and always arrived on time. The quality of the work is excellent. We have received so many compliments on the house from neighbors who pass by. They had to use trucks to bring the materials in, wherever the yard was messed up they reseeded and fixed the lawn. They have been incredibly responsive to any issues or problems that we have had. We have 3 dogs and they were very tolerant and patient while working with the dogs. We highly recommend Woodwright Builders. We plan to use them for a kitchen remodel in the Spring.

Our experience with Woodwright Builders was great. The new countertops make our home complete and creates a conversation piece to our kitchen. I will definitely continue to use Woodwright Builders in the future and would highly recommed them.

This is the 3rd home my wife and I have had this builder.contractor complete for us. He does superior quality work using quality materials (solid oak, ceramic tile and stone). He is very easy to communicate with and had our interest in mind whether it be improving the floor plan design or just saving us money. If you have ever had a house built you know things change as you go along and having this contractor has made it work out with very little stress. I highly recommend him. Brad and Tammy

Patrick does both general contracting (supervising sub-contractors) as well as hands-on work himself. He gave a detailed estimate that he stuck to while being flexible in making adjustments as the work progressed. His sub-contractors were reasonably priced and his paint team in particular was excellent. The work stretched out over ~2 months due to him doing work himself, which reduced the cost but also increased the time required. Patrick was upfront and easy to work with; I would go back to him with additional remodeling work.
