This company put in a new faucet in a tile bathroom that was set in concrete. They were very honest about the job with me and very professional.. They managed to do the job in the time frame specified and stayed within the costs discussed. They also put an access into my shower (all under 3 hours). Not a single tile was broke which is very difficult to avoid.

It was fine. I was a little disconcerted by the fact that they had no business materials at all, no card, nothing on the truck, and it made me feel like Handyman Solutions was a front for subbing things out. They advertised a lot. I was expecting the Handyman Solutions to be a company and it didn't appear that that was so. One of the guys showed up on a sleeveless t-shirt on, like an undershirt thing. He did fine work but he didn't exactly convey a professional appearance at all, but that is an unfair judgement, his work was fine. He was very professional in his work but it was disconcerting. I think the price was fine. They got it done in the time that they allotted, that I was paying for.

He came out and was on the phone most of the time while giving the quote. He never came back, so I was able to get a refund for the deal.

Two fellows arrived to do some drywall repair. They did good work, but the deal I purchased was for 3 hours. The guys said they would be there an hour and a half. That was not sufficient time for the mud to dry so they could sand the drywall. If I hired them again, I would be specific in regard to the actual length of time.

The repairmen were professional. Using the coupon, pretty much nothing is provided. It was difficult for us to determine what we would need for them when they go to the house.

I was please with the work but had an issue with the final bill. I had purchased a limited number of hours and confirmed that it would cover the work with no additional cost prior to booking the appointment. After receiving the bill for the additional cost, I called and Handyman Solutions did settle for the original payment.

I had 2 toilets that had problems. The first one was running all the time and the second one had a handle that would not flush and had to be manually flushed. The gentleman arrived 1.5 hours late and put in a new kit in the toilet that ran all the time and fixed the other toilet so that the handle was flushing. Several days after he left, I noticed that the toilet was running again and called them for several days before someone else came out and looked at it and said he didn't know how to fix and that he would tell them and get back to me. I haven't heard from them since. Then last week the other problem with the handle started happening again. So now I have 2 toilets with the same problem before and I'm out $150.

"We charged to repair toilets, which was completed. After a few days it was apparent toilets were broken. Second tech was sent free of charge and advised toilets needed to be replaced. Never heard from member after until complaint came in. We then attempted to come back out, declined. This is a repeat member, we were hoping to resolve this issue."

They fixed some tower for me, I had to go out the store and get something because they didn't have all the right things but they were pretty much within the price. There were 2 guys, they were really nice, they were very professional, courteous, they knew what they were doing, and they were very patient.

The service was not great, they actually never did the work. They tried to set up an appointment and it never worked out, very poor customer service and communication.

The original job was done on the 15th of September 2012. It was not done properly and it took numerous calls, emails and failure to show to get the job finished. This was not until around the 8th of November 2012. It seems the company had sent the majority of its work force out of the state to work on hurricane damage.

It was okay. I called the manager, we had to have someone come back and do some more work the next day. I think what had happened was that the person who installed it probably was someone that was new with them. He just didn't have that experience. I guess what it was is the chain in the chandelier was still loose and it was kind of hanging from one wire basically. They came out and fixed it. When they sent somebody the next day and it took him about 5 or less than 10 minutes to do what needed to be done. I think they had to cancel an appointment and reschedule it but the whole thing was done probably within a few weeks of when I had called them.
