TRANSMISSION TECHNICIAN

I called around for prices, Steve was recommended by several people so I called him and he knew what was wrong with it when I explained to him( in my words and he didnt try to belittle me) what the vehicle doing. He gave me a price and told me how long it would take to repair. After a few days I took vehicle to shop, it was fixed sooner than he said and also while he had the vehicle he found that the odometer wasnt working he called me to make sure that didnt happen while he was repairing the transmission and he also gave me a price  to repair that. The price was more than I wanted to pay and he agreed, so he did some research and found he could do it at a lower price and when I'm ready I will take it to him to repair. Steve did a great job and I appreciate his honesty. Steve quoted me a price on the phone for the Tahoe and said that was out the door, so when I went to pick up Tahoe the invoice was different frrom quote, I reminded him what he had said and he checked the invoice and had done some extra work but because he had quoted me 1500.00. thats what I paid he was very appreciative of the work and I was of the service.
