Roper Construction

My husband and I hired Mr. Roper to perform a home inspection on a house we were buying that was built in 1979. Mr. Roper arrived early, introduced himself and began explaining his procedures in great depth on how he inspects homes and all the systems within a home. He had ladders, thermo equip, electrical test equip, gas leak detectors and many more tools for his job.  He inspected from the outside, basement to the tip of the roof. His process took nearly 3 hours. There was no surface or area that was neglected from his inspection. He explained along the way the positve aspects of the home, general condition, and of course the defects. He had our interests at heart and protecting our investment of a home purchase. From his report and findings we purchased that home and are closing in two weeks. My husband and I recommend his services without hestitation. We felt he did an excellent job and educated us in the process.
