Went great.  Tammy discussed all the possible things that were causing my Lincoln Navigator to code, and it turned out to be the cheapest thing on the list.

I had already taken it somewhere else, and he had given me the same list and concluded it was the the most expensive thing on the list -- about $400.

People see you drive a Lincoln Navigator on the lot and dollar bills show up where their eyeballs are supposed to be.  Not so with Tammy.
Good service, knowledgeable and fair price.

they were so honest. they looked over the entire car and did not charge me. they told me about the things that needed to be done and how much it would cost me. I have taken my car back since then and I am extremely happy with their service. they do not overcharge you. they are very friendly and helpful. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

Appointment for oil change and tire rotation. On time, very clean shop, knowledgeable employees, and great service.

They were fantastic! Other shops prices were significantly higher. Ramsey's searched for the best pricing for parts necessary and allowed me to purchase and bring in the parts if I wanted to. I declined. They never try to sell unnecessary parts and services

I'm an old retired Navy guy who lives in Otto, near Franklin NC. Spent years working in aircraft maintenance. My wife and I have a Nissan '07 Sentra. On maybe our third trip up here, while we were buying a place, we had an engine failure. I didn't realize it was as serious as it later turned out to be. We took it to Ramsey's Auto Clinic, in Franklin NC. The guy there told me he thought it was a terminal failure. That was a correct finding. They have a lady who is at the desk. You don't need anyone else to talk to. None of this and quot;let me talk to a mechanicand quot; thing. She has all the right options and why they are right. She has a and quot;mechanicaland quot; knowledge base, and has all the right options for you. We priced out new, repair, and used engines. We had them install a used engine. The job they did was terrific. It's almost a year later, and the engine runs strong. Lots of highway miles on it. This was one of those deals where pulling the old one and installing a new one was a major undertaking.I have nothing against other mechanical clinics in Franklin. I have plenty of in-depth info on this one. I cannot over-recommend Ramssey's Auto Clinic. The lady at the desk KNOWS the right answers!!!!
