Being new to the area we needed to know if Franklin was an area we wanted to live in. Phillip spent many hours showing us the town and describing what it has to offer. When we found the house we wanted, Phillip was instrumental in helping us make a reasonable offer and diligent in a difficult negotiation, proposing innovative means to reach agreement. Once the offer was accepted, Phillip provided excellent recommendations for: legal and professional services which proved to be of excellent quality, reasonably priced and dedicated to serve our needs. In addition to Phillip?s professional services, he was personable, pleasant and always positive in all our encounters. He was enjoyable to work with.
