Chris responded to the message I left him on the same day. Unfortunately, I had to wait several days for him to be able to do the repair but that was fine since there was no urgency to our repair. He was a bit late for the appointment but called to say he would be. Chris is extremely professional and was able to assess the situation and repair it extremely quickly. We will definitely hire him again if we need to. We thought the cost was a bit high but really have nothing to compare it to--just seemed like quite a bit for a 15 minute job with no major parts involved. On the other hand, our dishwasher is as good as new!

Don't hire him. He is unethical and a rip-off artist. After paying him $800, ice maker still doesn't work. Won't return our calls.

Craig was prompt, professional and well prepared to perform the maintenance necessary. He was willing to come out on a Saturday to fix the dryer. It only took 30 minutes for him to diagnose and repair the issue. I was extremely impressed with his service.

Called in the morning and here by 12:00pm. Diagnosed and replaced a safety switch in our Whirlpool washer. Total time about 30 minutes. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They just charged me for a service call. His vehicle is well equipped with all kinds of parts. He is clean cut, timely and honest. He came out right away.

Craig's assistant returned my call promptly and since his schedule was full she set him up to come by after work hours. He was prompt, friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Saved me hundreds of dollars since I didn't have to buy a new fridge. He even called the appliance store to check prices for me so I could make an informed decision. Highly recommended!

Craig was very punctual and professional. He found what had caused the problem which was a clogged incoming water filter and reset the computer. He explained to me how to maintain the filter to prevent future problems. He also adjusted the balance as the washer was shaking badly when spinning. He advised me on future maintenance for the dryer also which I would not have been aware of myself. He was very polite and friendly and fair priced and I will definitely call him in the future.
