Both Lowe’s and their sub contractor Wayne Dalton failed miserably on my garage door install. I was told 2-3 weeks but it’s been over three months. Wayne Dalton tried to up sell me on a “storm” garage door because of my homes altitude. Neither the city or the county planners ever heard of such a thing! Failing that, they charged for “reinforcement”. More delay. I canceled the install and now am being charged a 75% restocking fee!!! Wait, it gets better! 2 months after cancellation both I and Lowes get an email from Wayne Dalton saying that the door is not built! Where will they restock the unbuilt garage door???

The crew was really good. I don't think they even took a break. They worked straight through. They got it done in two days. I've got a really strange shaped house, a real funky house with a large roof; they did it in two days. I was told they would give me the best price by the Lowe's in Murphy, NC. They were excellent, I gave them a raving review for Lowe's; they want to know how their people are doing. I would use them again if I ever have to have a roof put on. What stood out is that they worked straight through, they got it done in two days. If you see the size of our roof, you would be amazed.
