They quit doing walk-in office visits and now they come to your house so I quit using them. They were very slow at the repair. It was about a week return time. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. If they don't know what the problem is, they do take extra time without charging the customer to diagnose it. They let you know what the repairs are going to cost before they dive into doing anything which is really good. They are clean and have a well stocked store front.
