David Dann Painting and Pressure Washing

I happen to find David Dann Painting & Pressure Washing by accident. I was having my car serviced and he was waiting on his van to serviced at the same time. I had been searching for a company to Pressure Wash and Paint my home for some time. As David and I struck up a conversation I learned he was a private painter who dose all Interior, Exterior Painting, Staining, Priming, and Pressure Washing. I ask what dose he charge for painting. He stated it depended on the job. I was very skeptical but ask him to look at my home and give me an estimate. Most painting company here in my local community charge by the square foot. They also have hidden charges which keep creeping up and up depending on how long they have to spend on the job. David arrived at my home on time which is a plus in my book. He did a very detailed examination of my home. Explaining what type of wood I had and gave me multiple options to choose from ( Paint or Stain, Flat, Semigloss or gloss ), . Once I chose the type of stain I wanted he brought multiple stain color samples to choose from. He quoted a price which was half the price of the lowest any painter had give me up to that point. David also included Pressure washing my home and decks also sealing my decks as well.in the price. David began work the next day after giving me an estimate. He careful removed all items from my 3 decks and removed all my shutters. He took his time cleaning all the mold, mildew and stains from all my decks and home. The next day he began staining my home. He used a roller and carefully applied the stain to the entire home. What an Amazing job he did! After the house was finished the next day he came back and sealed my Decks. He made them look like brand new. I highly recommend David for anyone who needs there home painted ( interior or exterior) , Stained, Pressure washed ! After the job was finished David cleaned up removing a painters tape, Drop Cloths, Paint cans,rollers, brushes. He went around the home and picked up all little scraps and paper that had been dropped. There are not enough words to say what a great job David did. If your even thinking of doing any Pressure washing , Painting do your self a favor and Give David a Call you be glad you did !
