Auto Body Work
They are very courteous and set an appointment for me to return for the repair. I needed to reschedule my appointment and they gladly made me a new appointment. When I brought my car in they did a great job on the repair and it was ready when they said it would be.

They did the repairs for exactly what the insurance company would cover. Their work was excellent. This is the only company I would use for body work in the future.

Auto Body Work
I was referred to D and L by my insurance company after the accident. The company representative I dealt with was friendly, professional, and fully explained everything that was going to happen. Things happened pretty much on-time and within the original estimates. There was one delay when an ordered part had to be returned and replaced (it arrived damaged). If I had been under a time gun this might have been a problem, but it worked out. In any case, the shop called me and told me of the delay. I was very pleased with my experience there and would not hesitate to go there again.
