.Charlie was able to recover almost all of the important files, including genealogy, family albums. etc. He provided professional and personal consideration in his work. at an extremely fair cost. Other local computer services charge a minimum, usually about $60. While there I saw how he attended the needs of other customers, giving them advice on how to fix their computer problems themselves. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing advice or repair.
