All went well paid for tree work and discovered that not all trees were removed. I have been trying for 5 months to get them back but will not respond to voice or text request for them to compete the work quoted

The owner was responsive in a timely manner and the crew was very professional. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very responsive, prompt, got the job on short notice.  It was very expensive, but I didn't have the time to compare them to others so I don't know if it was more than other providers.  If you want a job done quickly, they will do this for you.

Manny of Carrion Tree was emailed a request to assist with tree trimming on a Sunday. Direct TV had told us that we would be unable to have reception without removing the huge tree limbs.

Carrion Tree actually called Sunday afternoon and scheduled a visit for the following day.  Manny arrived promptly and offered to assist with the problem.  He stated he had 18 customers ahead of us, but would attempt to move his schedule around to accommodate sooner due to the TV issue.  Remarkably, he was able to pull this of.  He arrived the next day with a crane and four employees.  The staff worked efficiently and was professional.

These guys are great, my third time using them and I will again after this past time.  Took down 8 trees, all fell perfectly, split all the wood, and stacked it. Came back and grinded the stumps a couple days later.  Best tree guys in WNC by far.

Manny is professional and executes what he says he's going to, in the timeframe he says he will, if not sooner (for me it was sooner). I felt he listened to what I was trying to accomplish with his services and shared my goals and vision. I just bought a cabin that had not been kept up so there was plenty to do. He and his crew tripled my view of the mountains from my deck. He cut some of the smaller trees into splitting-size logs so I could make firewood, and he took one of the large trees and created stool-like stumps for around the firepit we're going to build. The place was cleaned up and gorgeous when I got there.

Manuel Carrion is the most professional person I've worked with recently. He returned my calls, he came out for a bid when he said he would, he did the work exactly as planned and exactly as the written contract stated he would. We were supposed to get home from vacation on the day he started the work but we got detained. As a result, Manny and his crew had to work around a car parked in the driveway and make decisions about where to pile the mulch, etc. He made great decisions and by the time we got home the work was done.

Manny Carrion and his crew and great. They are the best ranked on Angieslist for a reason. Had them work on two different properties and will be using them again soon. Great crew, great price, great work, great experience.

He has an experienced tree climber who used and quot;hooksand quot; on his legs and climbed the trees. He was careful to always have himself roped off for safety and frequently communicated with the two men on the ground to make sure they were not hit by falling limbs. I asked him to have all the limbs cut up and placed on the forest floor and he did as I had asked. Other limbs they carried away from the house to a burn pile that I had already established. They were safe, friendly, cleaned up after themselves.

I couldn't be any happier. They were also on time, and worked steadily all day; they were courteous. The price was very good.

Our huge Bradford pear tree was cut down, and every branch, twig, and leaf was cleaned up before they left. Everyone involved was extremely nice and courteous.

I'm in the process of renting out the lower part of my house. I live on top of a mountain - 2800 ft elevation. The view from the upstairs is beautiful, but the downstairs view was mostly hidden by several dogwood and walnut trees. I called the owner of Carrion Tree Service on Tuesday afternoon. He called me back within 30 minutes, although he was on vacation in Myrtle Beach. He sent one of his associates within 20 minutes to estimate the job, and in another 15 minutes I had an estimate. We agreed on a price, and the next day, while I was at work, the trees were topped, a couple were cut down completely, and all the debris was cleaned up. Care was taken to ensure that the trimmed trees were not "overly" trimmed and would remain healthy. They did exactly what I wanted, and now I have a downstairs view as breathtaking as the upstairs view. When the owner returned from vacation, he came to my house to review the work and get my thoughts on the job. He also surveyed my property for any trees that were dead or might cause damage in a storm. I was impressed with the company's professionalism, response, and thoroughness. I would highly recommend Carrion Tree Service to anyone in the Macon County area.

We had a billing conference after everything was cut and cleaned up. The owner went over ever single charge, asking if I felt the price was right. I felt it was and I hope dishonest people will not try to take advantage of someone who is trying to operate an honest business. Very satisfied.
