My laptop was shutting down after an hour or so of use; I suspected it was overheating. I took it to American Computerized. They told me their hourly rate and we discussed the symptoms the laptop was showing. They took it apart and cleaned it, checked the cooing fans, etc. The applied some sort of coating to some of the components designed to pull heat away from the unit. At any rate, the laptop is fixed and I was charged for two hours of work. I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff there.
