GREAT --- although the button couldn't be fixed, he showed us an alternate way to operate the jets. Tried to patch the mysterious leak and Bryan drained the tub quickly and efficiently to get the extra foam in the sides. Several weeks later, the leak is still there - the quick fix wasn't quite enough, but to find a leak in a spa means tearing out the whole thing, insulation and all. Not worth the effort. So, not Bryan's fault. He was terrific. We LOVE having Bryan on our team. GREAT WORK.

Perfectly! Done quickly, very professional. Closest manufacturer's repair location is a 3 hr drive, so they were a life saver.

Very well - when one thing needed adjustment he came quickly, fixed, and didn't charge for that visit. I've worked with him for years, and he's by far the best of many hot tub fixers - mannerly, personable, expert, punctual and very fair pricing.

Brian came out to see why my spa wasn't working. He found that it was a heating sensor that was bad. While he was was working on it he gave the spa a thorough check and found the heating element was also bad. He replaced the heating element while it was pouring down rain. He had to order the heat sensor and came back to replace it. I wasn't home when he came back so he just left the invoice for me. He didn't charge me for the full amount of time it took him to replace the parts. He also didn't charge me for checking out the entire spa for leaks or other issues. A couple of weeks later, we discovered there was a leak in the spa. I called Brian and he came out that day. He said it was a seal that had deteriorated so he replaced it. He didn't charge me a fee for coming out and just told me I could just send him enough to cover the 30 minutes he was out there. Any other company would have charged a minimum of $75 just for coming out there and then an hourly rate on top of that. More than likely, another company would have charged me for more than just a seal. Brian is very friendly and I don't think there is a more honest business man out there. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. It isn't often that I run across this kind of honesty in a business.

My spa leaked most of the water onto the floor. I called a number of pool/spa service companies with A ratings on Angie's List. This is a busy time of year for pool/spa services and as a new customer I wasn't having much success finding a company to repair the spa. Bryan Marshall of Rapid Spa Repair was recommended by an A rated company I called. Bryan called me to get the specifics and scheduled an appointment to service the spa even though I wasn't able to be home. Bryan explained his rates and called me when he'd finished the repair.
I happily filled the spa later that day. The next morning, some water was leaking on the floor. I called Bryan to report the leak and he came back out the same day. Even though the second leak could not have been identified on the first visit be cause the spa was empty, Bryan treated it as if it was part of the previous repair from a billing perspective, giving me a reduced rate.
Bryan explained everything to me and showed me the cause of the leak. Bryan has over 20 years experience servicing spas with a strong focus on customer service. He is professional, punctual, and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Rapid Spa Repair.
