Our house has NEVER been this clean. Alma and her crew moved every piece of furniture, cleaned everything from ceiling fans to the blinds and to the baseboards (including taking all of the pictures and magnets off of the refrigerator and cleaning them). They wet-cleaned all the tile floors, cleaned the oven and even made the bed! We have a 3000 square foot house, with a dog (they are very pet-friendly); Neat Freaks spent a total of 6 1/2 hours with a crew that, at its peak, was 8 strong. I would absolutely recommend Neat Freaks.

These ladies did a fantastic job cleaning the house. They were punctual, thorough, and hard-working; they cleaned places I hadn't even thought of, and the house sparkled when they were done. I don't think the house had ever been so clean before. Even with little notice, they scheduled me on a convenient day, and were very accommodating to my requests, since I work at home and needed to be in a certain room by a certain time. I highly recommend them!

We have been using them for a while and they do on excellent job. Last visit they even changed our sheets and washed the ones they took off the bed without us even asking!!

Neat Freaks came on time and worked very hard to clean my house. They do a very good job and are very fast. My floors, bathrooms and kitchen looked great when they finished. They will be back in two weeks.

I called Neat Freaks using Angie's List and Christine came and explained what she did and asked several questions so she could give me custom service. She and her crew did an initial cleaning and have been coming every two weeks ever since. I am absolutely satisfied and consider myself lucky to find Neat Freaks.

She is friendly, prompt, and gets the work done quickly. There were a few things she missed both times but when I emailed her about them she came back out to the house and had them cleaned and also made sure to get them the next time around. My one complaint is the company isn't very flexible. I wanted a cleaning every three weeks but they only do weekly, biweekly, or monthly, but there is a good discount the more often you use them. They also only work on Mondays and Fridays--which works for me most of the time but could be constraining.

Neat Freaks does a wonderful job cleaning our house; Christina Johnson and her team are punctual and thorough with cleaning. They always ask whether we are happy with the cleaning and to let them know if there is anything further they can do. We needed new housekeepers on short notice, and Christina arranged to clean our house immediately.

I have been using Neat freaks for about six months. Flexiblility and a personal touch in addition to a sparkling house is what I like most about Neat Freaks! If I have requested changes on a cleaning day due to special projects or party plans,its never a problem as long as I let them know ahead.The flexability is fantastic!
