Mike claimed to fix a roof leak in July 2024 and charged $380. It still leaked, and he came back in August and October to try and re-fix it, but he was not able to fix my leak. This was a stressful, slow, and unorganized process. He was very hard to reach with a full voicemail and texted vague responses. He couldn't give me a time frame he'd be there, interrupting my entire day multiple times. I had to hire another company in November 2024, recommended by friends, who found the issue and fixed my roof leak. I would not recommend Mike for roof repairs. I asked for a refund in November 2024, Dec 2024, and March of this year, and he has now altogether ghosted me. From my experience of house renovation projects, this guy is a contractor with no business sense. I'm also not pleased with Angi for recommending this service.

They did an amazing job! Arrived on time, did a great job and good cleanup. I would definitely recommend them!

Our home siding was damage during wind and heavy rain storm on January 2nd 2022. Mike Harlowe did an excellent job at repairing the damage.

Top notch service. 30+ years experience and it showed repairing our 30-year-old siding. Mr. Harlowe somehow found matching siding and did a great job installing it. Worth the money!

Mike replaced a wall of vinyl siding on my patio. He was quick to come for the estimate, came back two days later and finished the job in 90 minutes. It looks great - like new! Would definitely use him again.

Never use Harlowe Construction!! Poor work at a ridiculous price!! I feel totally ripped off by Mr. Harlowe! After having another roofer physically show me where the leak was actually coming from, Mr. Harlowe completely missed diagnosing the problem and I paid him for what amounted to a $385 service call!!
