He didn't finish the job. We had to hire somebody else to finish the job. He was not professional. The price was okay.

R&W, a.k.a. Richard Ward, a.k.a. Carolina Fencing, initially seemed knowledged and friendly however that turned out to be a completely different story after he received payment.   I hired him to install a lawn irrigation system and in the end I ended up with a moat.  We initally planned for him to begin installation on a Saturday morning which didn't occur because two of his employees conveniently called in "sick/hungover" and didn't begin installation until two weeks later.   Its difficult saying he installed anything because all he did was dig trenches in my front yard, lay PVC down, and then disappear with over $1500.   After attempting to reach him countless times and only receiving his voicemail I decided to file a complaint with the BBB only to discover numerous other times he took the money and ran.    If you know anyone looking to hire him I EXTREMELY recommend you have them look up his telephone number on the internet first as he keeps changing the name of his company to hide all of the negative reviews.

I wasn’t pleased with the work.  The price was good but the work was horrible.  I chose them because of the price.  They arrived late and since it was December and the holidays he played on my sympathies and asked me to pay him so the gentlemen could have Christmas for their wives.  Then they never came back to finish the work.  He never returns phone calls.  I will never use them again.
