Verizon Wireless - Forest City

They swindled me out of a contract, several hundred dollars. I will never go back to Verizon. There were technical problems. They were ridiculous about the contract. They charged me a couple hundred of dollars on each phone.

We use Verizon as our cell phone provider. I don't seem to drop too many calls. I like the service they provide.

The service has always been really good. We have had minor issues when transferring information from phone to phone but they have always been resolved.

I've been with Verizon with many years. The product is very good and they don't drop calls but the administrative portion isn't very good when you have to get ahold of them for some reason. The technology works well and I don't have a problem with that but anytime I have to interact with them on an administrative level it is not convenient.

We've tried other companies and Verizon provides better service than others we've tried. However since they started using a 4 GB service. We have received a lot of dropped calls. Compared to others I will continue to use them.

Not satisfied, but no other alternative. They are all about the same. Service and price are not good. Professionalism most of the time is not good.

I have been on automatic pay. I have never gone over my minutes. My phone calls are always in the ordinary range. I just got an additional $100.00 bill. I called them and they said I had one phone call that was over three hours long. That is some sort of mistake because I have never spent that kind of time on a phone call. They told me this was on my account and that I had to pay it. I asked that they check the equipment because this is some sort of mistake. They said I had called a landline and that the person I called had not hung up the phone. The person I called had a cell phone not a landline. I am so angry with them. They finally came out and said they will meet me half way and knock off half of the payment. They have been great for years, but this experience has changed all that. They would not let me talk to a supervisor.
