I had them out and they charged $285 and did not end up doing any work. They walked around, looked at the water line, talked on their cell phones and never even fixed anything. When we tried to call them back we could not get ahold of them. We had to have another plumber out, who fixed the problem for $220. I would have been happy to pay the price for them to fix the problem, but they never ended up fixing it.
