Jackson repaired our hvac; however his truck left a path of power steering fluid on our asphalt driveway. He told my husband that he would come to inspect the damage. More than 6 weeks later, we are still waiting to hear back from him.

He has always been fair. He is very professional and thorough. He really knows his stuff and has been doing it for a long. I would recommend him. I'm not able to use him as much now because I moved further away.
