They couldn't fix my TV, so they helped me install a new one. They were very helpful and kind. They were excellent and did what they had to do. They cleaned up after they had done the job. They sent a guy who tried to fix my TV and he honestly said that there is no use repairing it. He suggested buying a new one and he installed the new one. They were honest and that is what I was looking for.

FIRST I HAD CALLED TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX THIS KIND OF PROBLEM AND THEY SAID YES TO BRING IN THE TV. WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN THEY HELPED ME GET IT OUT OF MY CAR. THEY HAD THE TV FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND CALLED ME WHEN IT WAS FIXED.
