They've done a good job. It's competitive. I would consider it average for the services. The prices weren't high, they weren't low, they were typical for the service. It was good.

They are currently performing the work and I am confident there will be no issues. I have used them severeal times in the psat and they are always great.

The guys came out and were quick on the quote for the job. I (homeowner) removed the old HVAC system and duct work from the house and installed new collars/registers. Forest City Heating and Air came in and installed a new Trane heat pump HVAC system (15 SEER) in the attic with all new duct work and thermostat. During the install I decided to add a electro/charge type filtration system (Cleaneffects) to the unit. It was no problem for them to add the air cleaner, I just paid for the air cleaner unit and we adjusted the price difference. It took the guys 2 days to install the system. I requested that the system not be turned on and activated until my whole house was professionally cleaned as additional painting etc. was still in progress. It was no problem for them to work with me on this request and they came back out a few weeks later to start the unit up and show me how it works. The folks at FCHand A were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the install. I enjoyed working with them and I was surprised how quick and easy the whole process was. So far no problems, no complaints.

After contacting five different HVAC companies I was only able to get one over priced estimate. Forest City Heating and Air was the sixth company I called but ranked #1 by far. They came out the next day and gave me an on the spot estimate. Work was completed by the end of the following week at the price quoted. They were professional, clean, and prompt. Job well done and I love my new mini split system.
