Excellent by every measure. Mark and his team were punctual, polite, professional, respectful and efficient. Mark and his team (four including Mark - the owner) were right on time and got right to work. I walked them through the house and pointed out the items that needed to be moved, and they took it from there. They didn't miss a piece. They handled the items we needed moving with care. They wrapped pictures and other fragile items in moving blankets to protect them. They moved our Baby Grand Piano and it was obvious they had the expertise to do so. They actually made it look easy and they had the manpower and equipment required to move the piano. We had a fairly small load (not everything in the house moved) and they got us loaded, including the piano, is just over 1 hour. Unloading time and setup was about the same. Mark gave an estimated time of when they would arrive at the destination in Hendersonville (about 100 miles away), and they arrived on time. They setup the piano and moved the other items where needed, including setting up the bed.
Bright's Moving did and excellent job and they were a pleasure to work with. I was pleasantly surprised that they moved some pictures that I hadn't properly packed; there was no drama about this, and they happily wrapped the pictures in moving blankets and put them in their trailer. I had done a marginal job of boxing up a 40" LED TV; again, there was no drama and they happily added some padding to my packing and took the TV away. As far as I can tell, nothing was damaged in the move. Which is no surprise given the care they took to protect and load their trailer.
Bright's Moving is by far the best movers we've worked with in the Charlotte area. They were accommodating, and very reasonably priced vis a vis their competition. There were no surprises - the amount that we paid for the move was exactly equal to the estimate that Mark had given me over the phone. Yes - he was able to provide a cost estimate based on my description of the move over the phone, he didn't need to look at the items prior to the move. This was very helpful since I'm located 80 miles from the household that we were moving. I feel like we received good value for the services Mark and his team provided. I will use Bright's Moving in the future should the need arise. I recommend them to everyone.
