Very satisfied the service, they did a very good job and they gave an outstanding service.

I hired Ed to do major excavating work. He said he would start the week of July 6th but never did. Turns out he did not own a trailer to haul his equipment and was having trouble finding someone to move it for him. Finally almost two weeks later saying he was forced to buy his own trailer. Worked for about 2 hours then called and said that the job could not be done as the ground was falling back in his ditch. He suggested making the ditch much wider so he could drive his equipment in it but that it would cost 3x as much. I told him we are not interested in that. He then suggested he dig out the basement for us instead. This would also cost way too much. I told him we would go with someone else. He came 4 days later and covered the small ditch he dug. He said that he would refund the difference of out deposit but wanted to keep $1200.00 for his two day. I feel like $1200 is too much especially since we are going to have to redo his coverup job but wanted to be done with it. He said he would mail the check that week. Two weeks have passed and I still have not received the check. He no longer answers his phone or emails.

Ed worked for half a day and said he couldn't complete the job. He promised us a refund, minus his labor. We agreed, but he never refunded our money. He has not stopped answering all phone calls, text messages, and emails. We are now having to hire an attorney to have our money refunded. He has thousands of dollars of our money and all we got out of it was a torn up yard.

Edwin is amazing. Above and beyond my expectations. You will not be disappointed.

Ed Lopez is a pleasure to work with. When we sent out job requests to several contractors, Ed was the first to respond, the first to show up on site and the first to give us job estimates. And his cost estimates were very reasonable. We had several different projects and he always showed up on time and did excellent work. He listens very well and does what he says he will do. All jobs were completed on time and at the costs he quoted. We will be using Ed for several future projects. He is highly recommended by us.
