The sales person explained the differences in log materials and how they would perform. I'd never purchased artificial logs before so it was very helpful. They came promptly to install the logs and were very professional.

Excellent, Don (gas tech) was excellent. Their communication and follow up was excellent. They exceeded my expectations.

Excellent, their technician Don arrived on time and even had shoe covers on. He was very knowledgeable and determined what parts had to be replaced. Unfortunately, our unit is 9 years old and is obsolete. Don said he would look for the faulty parts on line and contact their supplier and if not, could replace our unit. I will definitely use them to install the faulty parts or a new unit.

They were not the cheapest quote I got but they find quality work and so I was glad to pay slightly more. You will not likely going to find a better insulator. I was pleasantly surprised, not having had any contact with the company prior to this. Don showed up for both appointments when he said he would and was cautious about not tracking in dirt or making any sort of mess. The woman in the office, Dina, was helpful and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I corresponded with the owner, Greg, via email and he sent Elliott to assess our home. R-Pro select was the third company I had to the house and Elliott was the first to thoroughly explain the challenges of our attic and the best solution. Luckily he was also available to do the job. Elliott and Tony were on time and coved the entryway with plastic so as not to track in water (it was raining) and dirt. Elliott suited up in what looked like a hazmat suit and sprayed the attics while Tony monitored the equipment. They both worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up before they left. I already notice the difference in temperature in the house.

The floor in the work area was covered with plastic and the trash was contained.

The attic installation was blown in Climate Pro. The team arrived at the scheduled time cleaned out areas in the attic , secured plastic tarp on our tile and wood floors and began the process. They were quiet efficient and extremely clean. Within a couple of hours we were back to normal and had a job that was well done. A few days later we set up for the garage ceiling to be done with soy based solid foam. Again the team arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and went to work. The whole process took about 3 1/2 hours as they had to remove items in the garage, hang plastic to cover walls and remove the old batting insulation before they could begin. Once the spraying started they were extremely careful, neat and precise. They left the garage cleaner than it was before and we are extremely pleased. All I can say is what an absolute pleasure it was to work with a company who cares what they do from start to finish!!! We highly recommend R-Pr0 Select for any insulation problems you may have.

Joshua, the sales rep was nice and the crew that performed the work was also pleasant and without problems. However, no one showed up on the scheduled date of service and I only received a phone call in the afternoon after I had called them 3 times. The person answering the phone at the company has no access to schedules and could not confirm if a crew was coming or not, she would only take a message. For people with work or other responsibilities this is very inconvenient. They did reschedule for the following day and perform the work. I called with an issue after the job was completed and was very disappointed by how rude a man named Jeff was to me. The professionalism of the office personnel needs to be improved to get my recommendation.
