The quality of work was excellent. Working with Art went smoothly. Overall, Precision painting is top notch, very professional.

Art quoted on the job with the understanding that some patchwork would have to be done and additionally, his presence would be required since we were not going to be in the home. He was absent and his crew painted over plaster work that was not sanded in addition to not completing any of the trim painting. The team routinely set arrival times and did not show for hours after the set time. Choose a different painter. This group is not about quality.

"After my initial consultation and estimate with this homeowner he did his own wall "patching" using the wrong patch compound so that even after sanding it would not look good when painted. We did most of the painting in the house as agreed to in the $1200.00 estimate and after many attempts to fix his botched "patched" walls look good I knew he would not ever be satisfied . I decided to take a loss on the job and got paid $600.00 of the initial estimate of $1200.00. Since he expected me to fix his mistakes, I'm not surprised with this derogatory review. This is the first negative review I have ever received in many years of business with many loyal customers and is certainly not reflective of future performance. I have an A rating WNC BBB. since 2002"
