I stopped going when I found a pair of my earring- very unique, one of a kind and unmistakable- for sale in their store that they had not listed of items they agreed to consign; anything you bring that they do not put on your list gets...? When I asked about it they very rudely accused me of lying and asked me to leave the store. Horrible people. I have since moved on to much more reputable consignors who all agree that Lulu's is terrible.
