Jimmy was GREAT. We r new to North Carolina and saw Jimmys company on Angie’s list. His reviews were all A,s. We give him an A+++++. He was extremely responsive. The first call I made to him was responded back within hours.He came to look at my house and quoted a price which was very fair. He made an appointment with us and was right on time. Called for estimate, came same day, returned next day and did job. Very prompt, courteous and did professional job. He had proper equipment and know how to do the job with no assistance. I was very happy with price and work and I am very particular.

When we called J&L, Jimmy called us and was exceptionally courteous and accommodating in terms of schedule. We called on a Tuesday, he came by on a Wednesday afternoon to give us a quote, and said he'd be by Friday morning to do the job. Sure enough, Friday morning he showed up with his truck full of goodies and got right to work. We have a fairly large two-story house, and Jimmy had no trouble getting every nook and cranny to ensure that every surface was spotless. In and out in an hour, and unbelievably reasonable pricing. Will hire any time I need pressure washing done, and would recommend him to anyone who wants it done right.

Great Follow up. We called and requested service sometime during the month. Now, this job required the provider to supply water since the location of the work to be preformed did not have any access to a water outlet. He returned all of our calls, scheduled a date and time and arrived, as promised, on the day. They were most efficient in getting the job done. It turned out just great. This job was for a Home Owners Association and would recommend them to any home owner or Association.

I decided to have my Daughter and son-in-laws house power washed as an anniversary gift.

J&L quoted the job within a couple of days of initial contact and completed the work within a week. Arrived on time on the scheduled day, went right to work, and completed the total job in a couple of hours, giving me back the rest of the day. I was very pleased with the results and the care taken with my home. Vinyl siding, windows, and walks sparkle like never before making my old house seem new. Thanks.

I was very impressed with the service. Friendly and efficient. I had left a VM and was called back within the hour. Had an estimate within the same week and the job was completed the following week. I was not able to be on site the day of the service and he called me that evening to be sure I was happy with the job. I have given his number to most of my neighbors and highly recommend him.

J and L had pressure washed this house for the previous owner something more than two years ago and they gave us the same price they had charged the previous owner. Showed up on time (early) and did an excellent job being mindful of fresh mulch and plantings near house.
The front porch and rear deck and stairs down to back yard needed particular attention and came out excellent. My only slight disappointment is that the exterior of the windows didn't come out as good as I had hoped and been led to believe they would.
I would highly recommend this firm and will use them again.

I called for an estimate on Monday. He came by when I wasn't home, left his business card and called me that evening. He arrived Tuesday morning early, as he said he would, to do the work. He went to work immediately using heavy duty equipment which was installed in a box truck. He was very careful of all the bushes around the house, making sure to water them down before and after spraying. He cleaned the entire house, decks and driveway, and was very professional and courteous. Everything looks great.
