Very satisfied. Had to wait a few minutes for them to show up, but otherwise a perfect experience. Would definitely use them again, but hope I don't have to :)

Aaron arrived when scheduled, installed the glass quickly. He pointed out a flaw in the glass which we would have noticed, and ordered replacement panes at no charge. When those arrived, he returned to our house and installed those as well. I would definitely call Glass Doctor again.

DJ did an excellent job, all seals, nooks, crannies accounted for - rear view mirror perfectly placed. To watch these guys work is a study in art, you can tell they are very experienced and very good at what they do. Glass was rated same as original equipment. We're at one year later and all is well. Highly recommend this company..

Everything about this went well. Communication with the company was excellent. Aaron was on time for oth the estimate and the repair. The work was completed on schedule and looks great. My only negative was that the price seemed high $270 for a medium size window on the ground floor. Repair time took 1/2 hour.

They did an exeptionally good job. They were puntual. They had very good pricing, and I would recommend them to others. They cleaned up very well. They had very positive attitudes.
