Home Building
After our purchase of the house it was rented out for 2 1/2 years. We were notified by the tenants about one of the windows leaking, which Genesis said they fixed, but not properly. After we moved in we had to pay to have that problem fixed correctly. We were not notified by tenants of any of the other problems detailed in this report which we discovered after moving into the house and had to have fixed at our own expense.
