They could pay more attention to detail.

On Dec. 19, 2012 Fletcher Fencing came to begin the fence install. The helper began digging the post holes and by the third hole Mr. Fletcher was becoming extremely agitated and began saying very offensive things to my husband. I mean insults to our home and to my husband along with racial slurs. After ten minutes of his insults he was asked to leave. They returned late that afternoon and the helper came and asked us to forgive his boss as he really needed the work. My husband agreed for him to return the next day and complete the posts. We insisted they let the post set at least 24 hours as Mr Fletcher wanted do complete the fence in one day. The weather was miserable as it was raining and cold and windy.
Post were completed and young helper returned on Dec.21 and installed the fence while it was blowing snow and 30 mph winds. Mr. Fletcher was allowed back providing he kept his mouth shut. Job completed, gates too small and were wired shut until the helper could return  with proper gates. New gates installed and fit. Bless this young man for doing a great job under difficult circumstances. Would hire the worker but not Mr. Fletcher's company, totally unprofessional.

It went well. They did what they said they were going to do.

Great! Paul was friendly and communicated his needs effectively. The work took a long time to complete, which I am not complaining about, since I did not tell him that I was in any rush to have it done. Mine was a pretty small job, and Paul is an older man, so I wasn't rushing him. The chain link that I had previous to Paul starting the job was really hard to work with, but Paul didn't complain (too much). The deal that I gave to Paul was that whatever fence was left over was his to take at the end of the job. He didn't get to take home much, but he gave me a really sweet deal in return anyway, a free gate! anyone considering having their yard fenced will quickly learn that gates are the expensive part of the installation, so a free truck gate meant a lot to me. I would recommend this contractor to someone who is not in a big rush and wants to work with an honest man.
