He is so easy to deal with. He is very compassionate and caring. He cares for your pets. I think the world of him. He understands well and not everything is about medicine and high costs. He is homeopathic. I really trust them!

I went here for awhile, but I didn't follow-up with them again until my cat got a terminal illness. The staff were really good during that time. They were very sympathetic and good work with.

The staff members are kind, and the vet is knowledgeable and friendly. Online supply store (for heart worm meds, flea and tick prevention, etc..) is especially convenient. It is worth mentioning here that Fletcher Animal Hospital, unlike so many other providers, does not try to sell customers/patients a lot of extra tests, supplies, and services.

i've used Dr. Gallagher only twice. Both times did not end well. He misdiagnosed one dog selling me a supplement she didn't need. And the second time was for another dog for an in home euthanasia. I did so want this dogs passing to go smoothly and be gentle. Dr. Gallagher arrived late. Began hurridly , didn't sedate him. My dog screamed, when he injected him, blood flew all over, and he struggled with all his might to free himself. I won't even go into the rest in detail. He didn't use enough solution then pronounced him and quot;goneand quot;. I had to point out to him that he was still alive. Then he had his assistant fill another syringe. Asking me if I was sure that I didn't want him to finish the job back at his office. As I was upset. I was floored by his insensitivy toward my dog. And by this time, I think very understandably, very very upset. He told me that they would get his ashes back to me in about a week or so, as they carried him out in a plastic bag.. I never heard from them after that.. After 2 weeks, being afraid that they might lose them or never have gotten them back, I called. After a long pause presummable to go look for them. His receptionist told me they were there. I immediately went over and picked them up. No apology, no I'm sorry things went so poorly,for any of it. I wouldn't want anyone to go through anything like I did that day! It was horrendous.

Not well. On various visits the vet tech would see the dog. Charged extra to see the vet. No hands on wellness checking. A new vet we visited knew more about our pets after one visit than Fletcher practice knew after five years. Do not recommend them.

I think the upper page explains it all. You need a world class vet. Dr. Pat is the one you want.

We just moved here and were in need of urgent care for our poodle. I found Fletcher Animal Hospital on Angie's List and after reading the reviews, went to the clinic first thing Saturday morning. We were seen by Dr. Galligan soon afterwards, who treated us kindly and professionally. Bella was much improved by that night, thanks to his care and that of his competent staff. We will definitely have our pets records transferred to this clinic, as they also offer home visits, pet sitting, etc. This experience was a great welcome to the area!

I have been going to Fletcher for nearly 20 years, and they have always provided excellent service. Dr. Galligan is very compassionate and goes out of his way to accomodate our needs.

My current dog had a lump on her side which we feared might be cancerous. Dr. Galligan operated that same day and called me to tell me his suspicions. He sent the mass to the lab for analysis; kept the dog overnight and we brought her home the next day with a lot of stitches and a drain in place.Two days later we had the pathologist's report. (Surgery was Friday; we had the pathologist's report on Monday). She healed well, had the stitches out 2 weeks later, and happily, the mass turned out to be benign. The doctor's care has been excellent!!

This is my regular vet. My dog loves him and can't wait to go inside. A nasty tumor was suspected for the lump on her side. the vet immediately took her to surgery and aggressively treated her to save her life if it proved to be CA. Fortunately, it was not. Drains were removed 12 days later; stitches removed a week after that. She is her old self and has healed remarkedly well. Staff is always available to talk to and care for your pet. This is the 2nd dog I have cared for there. Dr. Pat was extremely caring when my previous dog needed to be put to sleep after a stroke.
