Everything was great except the final cost was several hundred dollars higher than what was quoted. Be sure to get the quote in writing!

A little less than a year ago, Carolina Mountain Doors replaced the large main spring on one of my garage doors. The spring that they replaced broke again. They came out the same day I called to evaluate the problem. They replaced the broken spring at no charge within the week. What great service! I will definitely call them again. (I hope this spring doesn't break again!)

They did a very professional job and everything looks good. I liked that they responded to the phone call and they are a local company. I spent about $1600 on that work.

very good. Came out promptly to estimate cost. Had to order part. We had a little mis-communication on the day to install the new part. Cleared up with a phone call. Installed with no problems.

Went to the shop to get an estimate and met with Jessan. He was very helpful and provided good information so that I could make an informed decision. Their pricing was competitive with the home improvement store - maybe even a little cheaper. The doors had to be special ordered. They arrived on schedule. Two guys came out to do the install and they were both friendly and did great work. The doors look great.
