I highly recommend the services of Carolina Landmark in professionally performing any surveying task needed. Mr. Robbins was very willing to explain the process up front; he performed historical research on prior surveys and shared the results freely with me; he kept me informed as to his progress; and he gladly answered questons and sought my input on the final survey product. In addition, he performed the task at the agreed upon price despite additional work performed both on site and in his office to verify the correctness of his survey and to clearly document the differences he found with the 2005 survey of record of the parcel (the 2005 survey showed a 'proposed driveway' to be shared with three parcels, but the driveway ended up being constructed in a slightly different location than had been agreed to).
