+ -1 moreGreat just as long as you are in the buying mode. Once the purchase is complete they just really do not care. We have a chair that we had sent back and then it was redelivered and after just a short period of use is defective again and they refuse to do anything about it. Just spoke with Mary at Carolina Furniture and when I pinned her down to a yes or no - will they stand behind the chair the answer was a resounding NO.
Description of Work: This company is eager to sell you their furniture but then will not stand behind what they sell. They push an extended warranty that is supposed to be good for any damages for 5 years but then if you call to file a claim the company denies it and Carolina Furniture says they can do nothing. I will never shop this company again.
