John Benjamin is VERY informative, very supportive, answers questions, is very direct and knows his stuff. I called them yesterday, the 5th, and told him I was having issues with my computer. He said it sounds like you have some virus(es) - sent someone out that day to pick up my computer, diagnosed the issues, cleaned up my computer and returned it to me the very next day (the 6th). My computer runs very quickly, efficiently, and I am not having the problems I was having opening excel spreadsheets or other downloads.
Their fees are reasonable, their work is great and I would strongly recommend them!
