Everything went very well. Richard was unable to bring up my system through usual means but had the wherewithal to do it through scripts using hidden libraries. I was in and out in a short period of time for a small fraction of the cost that Apple would have charged.

It couldn't have gone better; he began by organizing my computer and then proceeded to teach me, using helpful analogies and metaphors, how the Mac works. In addition, he rebuilt another Mac in the house from barely working to and quot;like
newand quot; in no time. I call him and quot;the Apple Whispererand quot;; by the end of two days, I felt confident about my understanding about the Mac and comfortable cruising around the desktop. Whether you need help organizing your desktop, understanding a program, or learning some shortcuts, he is the one to see! Reasonable rates, and a great teacher...I don't know of anyone in the area that does what he does. I can't say enough about what a helpful resource he is. Check it out! I will continue to work with him and encourage others to do the same.

Firstly, I have tried all avenues available to seek help and learn how to use my Apple products. Richard provided one on one instruction at our home at such an affordable rate that we have been able to use his services time and time again. He has been available anytime and insists that we call him if we ever have any questions. We highly recommend Richard for any of your Apple Computer needs.

Some family members are moving to Apple for the first time. Richard only charges 25.00 per hour for intensive training and follows up with phone and email access for further support. He makes certain the computers are completely clean and set up with everything they need. He shows them how to use all the features and makes certain they have everything they need. Much better than in a crowd at the Apple Store. He has been involved with these from the very beginning with more than 20 years of experience. I think he has it covered better than anyone available. He taught me several years ago and now is the best source for my family. He worked with me in Charlotte and now has come to High Point to help the husband and the kids. With the telephone and email support it's like having a personal tutor at click of a mouse.

Richard completely updated my Mac Pro. My computer is now running perfectly thanks to him. He is punctual and very thorough. He also was very patient giving me lessons on how to use my computer.

I have used Mr. Hepner for several years. He is the only skilled professional in the area for Macs other than the squad at the Apple Store. After years on pc's I switched to Apple and was somewhat confused at first. Mr. Hepner came to my home to train me and set up my Imac which I had messed up. I now have Ipad, MacPro, Imac and an Apple Air as well as an iPhone. Mr Hepner has synced all my devices and provided training as well as set up my Time Machine system. When we moved to High Point he came here to set up our Time Machines and to set up my husbands first iMac, sync his devices and provide training. Mr. H also recovered all the software, files and photos from a Mac which had crashed on me and was no longer under warranty - this was AFTER Apple claimed it could not be done. I have been on conference calls with Mr. H and Apple several times where he knew more that the Apple folks even though they were supervisors and specialists. There are others in the area who work with both PC's and Apple products but they have less knowledge and experience and do not train. His prices are lower than any I know of and he is available to his clients by phone and email for questions and help. I recommend him above any others and have always been pleased and satisfied. My husband is also very happy with Mr. Hepner's help and service.
