Asheville Area Home Inspection

Description of Work: Greg Schmit, owner of Asheville Home Inspections performed a pre-sale home inspection on my home so that I would have some knowledge of what may need to be done prior to putting my house on the market. He was very thorough and I was able to have many of his recommendations done prior to selling my home. He pointed out repairs needed at the time of the inspection and was very accessible to answering questions about the final report. |When the buyer's home inspector found an potential problem that Mr. Schmit had not noted, I contacted him and he was willing to come take another look at my home. As it turned out, after the buyer consulted with a specialist, the other find was nothing to be concerned about. I really appreciated Mr. Schmit's willingness to come and give me an appraisal targeting the concern. He has a lot of experience and training and I would definitely want him to inspect my next home purchase.
