They were great, and have a fair price. I am very happy with them. I would recommend them highly.

I bought a new Honda Fit in September 2018. The dealership listed on the window that certain additional items they installed in the car and charged me for them. Upon inspection after returning home, some listed items were not in the car. After numerous unreturned calls and a visit with lackluster attention by the dealership, I was finally able to get them to agree to refund some money. The refund was received almost a month after the car purchase and only because I would not give up. When visiting this dealership, be very careful. They will charge you for non-existent items and then make it your problem when you ask them to address their mistake. I am in my 60s and have bought new cars every few years since I was in my 20s. This is by far and away my worse car dealership experience ever.

We are very happy with that. They are a little pricey. They do more than an oil change on an Honda. They check a lot of things. I think their quality is excellent. You show up, and they take care of it. You drive right in. I'm sure I will use them again.

They're very good. Excellent quality. They're very good at responsiveness. I would tell others that it's quick, efficient, and very professional. If it's a minor service you wait an hour or less, and a major service is seldom more than an hour. They have a nice waiting area there if you want to sit and wait for the work to be complete. They have the offer of washing your vehicle as well. They give you a very extensive print out when work is completed.

They do a great job. I would give them an "A" across the board. They're all very friendly. They take an interest in what your needs are and they are very prompt and communicate well. They kind of escort you back and forth to a shuttle, if you need it. The salesmen take you back to your car. They do a good job.

They do what they’re supposed to do. Workers are very good.

Being as I don't like buying cars because it takes to long for paper work, they did a good job. The man was friendly, I just don't like doing it. 

They have been very responsive, there have been a few recalls and they've done well getting the parts and making the fixes.

Everything they've done, they've done fine.

They said they wanted to do that, this is back a year ago and I said, "Sure, right, I'll let you know," because I didn't get any inkling that there was anything wrong. I drove the car a little further, two or three times as far as what I normally did and lo and behold I'm smelling brakes and so I thought, "Well, they're right." So I bring the car up there and they fix that. That was fine. They do what they say they're going to do. This is a used car and I take responsibility for my own car, the last one I had for 18 years. Whoever I took it to, did things when I told them to do it. I don't put a lot of mileage on the car anymore. So, I was trying to bring the car three times a year to have the oil changed, but one of the times I brought it in they said, "Oh this doesn't need it, come back in six months," or something, which I did. So, I'm not too sure how the warranty is going to hold up, but they're a typical dealer, you go and they tell you what they think you need and if you agree with them, they do it. They're interested in maintaining their good reputation with the community. So the first time I took it there, they vacuumed it out and washed it and changed the oil. I didn't expect that.

Their service is pretty good. They're a little expensive. I think they're inline with everybody else. We usually just drop the cars and come back and pick them up.
