Roofing
He is doing the work on the side because he works for another company. He has been working since May 2010 and he has not completed it. I had a conversation with him in early May and was told that he would only need one more day. I was at the property a few days ago and the work still was not completed and there were a couple bags of shingles laying on the roof. I have tried to contact him and he is not returning my calls.
